Minuteman Airfield

Approved for an Erosion Control and Earth Removal Special Permit on August 23, 2016 for the construction of two airplane hangars and a paved airplane storage area.

Regency At Stow

Approved for an Active Adult Neighborhood Special Permit on December 6, 2016 to bring 66 units of age-restricted housing to Boxboro Road. The development will create 4 affordable dwelling units and create 59.5 acres of Open Space to be owned by the Conservation Commission.

271 Great Road

Approved on December 13, 206 for a Minor Modification to a Historic Building Special Permit to convert the former Stowaway Inn into a mixed use facility, comprising of a cafe, retail gift shop, and private residence.

63-65 White Pond Road

Approved for a Contractor’s Yard Special Permit on September 13, 2016 to construct a 6 bay storage building for a tree and landscape business.  Portions of the remaining property will be used for horticulture.

Joanne Drive

Approved for a Preliminary Subdivision to create 7 lots off of Sudbury Road on June 21, 2016. A Definitive Subdivision is expected to be filed under the Planned Conservation Development Bylaw to create 23.8 acres of Open Space along the Assabet River.  A filing is expected in 2017.

Jillian’s Lane

Approved for a Definitive Subdivision to create 3 residential lots, inclusive of the existing home, on July 27, 2016.

Pennie Lane

Approved for a Definitive Subdivision to create 5 hammerhead lots off of Walcott Street on April 29,2015.

Stiles Farm

Approved as a Definitive Subdivision, for the intention of complying with the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources’ Agricultural Preservation Restriction program for the remaining 5.25 acres.
